1. Drilling: Excavate a round or square pit with a diameter of 50cm×50cm vertical to the ground at the selected construction site, and drill a hole with a diameter of 12cm×300cm vertical to the ground in the pit;
2. Make filler: LD resistance reducing agent or ion sustained release agent can be used to mix it into a thin mud;
3. Take out the JLY electrolytic ion grounding electrode from the package and check whether the product is complete.
4. Fill the prepared mud-like filling material into the bottom of the hole;
5. Implant the electrolytic ion grounding electrode into the hole, so that the top of the grounding rod is flush with the bottom of the circular pit;
6. Connect the lead wire; the lead wire should be multi-stranded copper wire of no less than 35mm2 or galvanized flat steel of no less than 40mm×4mm. The lead wire and the grounding rod should be crimped and the contacts should be processed;
7. Fill other fillers around the
grounding rod until 10cm from the end of the grounding rod. Measure the grounding resistance. After reaching the requirements, fill it with soil around the grounding rod.
