Product Introduction of French INDELEC Early Discharge Lightning Rod There are five models of INDELEC Early Discharge Lightning Rod, each of which consists of a stainless steel central collecting rod, electrodes and boxes, suitable for corrosive environments, corresponding to different lightning protection radius, each model has its own different performance characteristics.
The above formula is applicable to the installation height of the lightning rod h greater than 5m; when h < 5m, the corresponding lightning protection radius of each lightning arrester model can be found in Table 1.1, where: H is the actual height from the top of the lightning arrester to the protected plane; D is the electric shock distance or rolling ball radius, which depends on the protection level of the protected object. For Class I, Class II, and Class III lightning protection levels, the values of d are 20 meters, 45 meters, and 60 meters respectively. The lightning protection level of the protected object can be determined in the appendix of the French lightning protection standard NF C17-102. △L(m)=1(m/us)x△T(us), △T is the advance lead time, and its value is obtained by actual measurement of high-voltage experiments.
