Overview
Structure And Materials:
Aluminum splint:Be made by pressure casting of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, which has stable chemical properties, good atmospheric corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.
Rubber fixture: It is composed of high quality rubber and center reinforcement, with ozone resistance, chemical resistance, weather aging resistance, high and low temperature performance, high strength and elasticity, small compression deformation.
Bolt, plain pad, spring pad, nut, closed pin, u-shaped hanging ring: Power standard parts.
Protective wire pre-twisted wire: Aluminum alloy wire customized according to the predetermined mechanical properties and chemical composition, with high tensile strength, hardness and good elasticity and strong rust resistance, can be used for a long time in bad weather.
Outer pretwisted wire: The same as protective wire.
Suspension clamp (single):
The design of single layer pre-twisted wire not only meets the needs of long-term stability and reliability, but also provides economical engineering solutions for users.
Suspension clamp (double):
The prehinged suspension clamp is a connecting hardware for hanging ADSS/OPGW cable on a straight line tower at a long span or high elevation Angle.The cable clip can reduce the static stress of the cable at the suspension point, improve the anti-vibration ability of the cable, and suppress the dynamic stress of wind vibration.For the suspension of the cable in the large Angle straight line tower to provide a soft Angle, reduce the cable bending stress, to avoid a variety of harmful stress concentration, so the fiber optic cable does not produce additional loss.
Structure :
This product is a combination of wire clip, equipped with two sets of aluminum splint, two sets of rubber fixture, a set of outer pre-twisted wire and a set of wire protectors pre-twisted wire.
Protective wire pre-twisted wire directly wrapped in the outer layer of the cable, to provide protection and stiffness of the cable, protective wire pre-twisted wire is clamped by the rubber jig Mosaic, the middle of the outer pre-twisted wire twisted distance against the waist drum shaped rubber jig Mosaic, and then clamped by aluminum splint outside.
Materials :
Same as single suspension clamp.
Instruction:
1. Used for ADSS/OPGW cable connection with the tower at the straight line tower, with one set for each tower.
2. According to the cable diameter and the maximum comprehensive load, the double-branch suspension clamp is selected according to the selected specification table.
